How is the course delivered?

Training is delivered via face-to-face delivery (classroom + workplace).

Course Duration: This course is designed to be completed within up to 48 weeks (excluding holidays), divided into 6 terms.

Expected Study Hours: Typical learners are expected to spend up to 1236 hours of study to complete the course, depending on existing knowledge, skills, and experience.

What are the entry requirements?

There are no prerequisites required to enter this course. However, it is preferred that students:

  • Are 18 years or older
  • Are living or working within Queensland
  • Have successfully completed at least Australian high school year 12 or equivalent
  • Have basic computer skills
  • Have sound language and literacy skills*

*Applicants who do not hold a minimum qualification of Certificate III or above from an Australian institution will be required to complete an LLN assessment**

**Students who do not meet the LLN requirements of the course may still be enrolled if enrolment has been endorsed by the trainer and corresponding additional support strategies have been put in place.

What are the course fees?

Enrol now in RII30420 for only $1,500 Upfront.

Remaining Balance of $2,500 will be paid through monthly payments of $227.27 for the remainder of the training (Total of $4,000)

Is Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) available?

Carroll Training Services has an RPL process in place which is discussed in detail in the Recognition of Prior Learning Policy.

Prospective students are informed of the RPL Policy and procedures prior to enrolment and through a variety of means, including:

Students considering their eligibility for RPL are encouraged to apply prior to the commencement of delivery of units to ensure no classroom theory/practical opportunities are missed should they be found unsuccessful in the RPL process.
